4. Lawful bases and choice
Depending on the activity, we process data to take steps at your request, perform a contract, meet legal obligations, pursue legitimate business and security interests, or act on your consent. You may decline optional analytics or marketing. Essential security and transaction records may still be processed where necessary.
5. Sharing and processors
We may use carefully selected hosting, email, messaging, payments, analytics, storage, delivery and professional service providers. We share only what is needed for the service, instruction or legal requirement. We do not sell personal data.
6. International processing
Some service providers may process data outside Nigeria. Where this occurs, we use lawful safeguards appropriate to the transfer and service.
7. Retention
We keep data only as long as reasonably required for the purpose, customer support, warranty, accounting, tax, legal, fraud-prevention and backup needs. Unsuccessful recruitment records are periodically reviewed and deleted or anonymised unless a candidate agrees to longer retention.
8. Security
We use access controls, role-based portal permissions, encrypted transport, audit logging, managed storage and operational safeguards. No internet system is risk-free; please avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information and keep copies of important artwork.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and information about processing. We may need to verify identity before acting. You may also raise a concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
10. Cookies, analytics and advertising metadata
We use necessary browser storage for site operation and may use consent-based analytics for performance, campaigns and conversion attribution. Advertising parameters such as UTM tags are recorded with the related visit and enquiry. The Web Admin portal shows aggregated and authorised visit data; access is logged.
11. AI and automated assistance
The print assistant may use AI to recommend products, collect quote details and answer common questions. It does not make final price, credit, hiring or production decisions. You can request a human handoff at any time. Avoid sharing passwords, payment secrets or highly sensitive personal data in chat.
12. Contact and updates
